Ukrainian School of Atlanta Agreement
Registration:
A non-refundable $45 registration fee (per family) will be charged in order to cover the cost of office supplies, bottled water, snacks and general maintenance of the account. The additional $35 bi-annual supplies fee (per student) will be added for Art, Painting, Craft and Cooking classes.
Payment:
Class Cost if payment is made for a semester in advance:
Class (45-60 min) cost is $16 per class per child ($15 for families with 3 or more children).
Class (60-90 min) cost is $22 per class per child ($19 for families with 3 or more children).
All private classes cost $30 per 30 min session.
Class Cost for Single/Upon Request Class(es)*:
Class (45-60 min) cost is $23 per class per child ($21 for families with 3 or more children).
Class (60-90 min) cost is $28 per class per child ($26 for families with 3 or more children).
All private classes cost $36 per 30 min session.
* Please note that only students who pre-register for the semester can secure a guaranteed place in the class.
Payment is due the first 2 weeks of each semester.
Late registrations will be accepted only if space permits.

If you have made an advance payment but have an unexpected situation resulting in the need to withdraw from classes early (relocation, job loss, severe illness, etc), please notify the administration with a two week notice before terminating your child’s attendance. Payment dif erence will be refunded after readjustment to non-discounted rate for classes attended.
If you choose to withdraw from classes for any other reason, please notify the administration with a month's notice before termination your child’s attendance/ Payment dif erence will be refunded after readjustment to non-discounted rate for classes attended and a 10% surcharge of original balance paid.
Late Payment Penalty:
If payment is not made by the second Saturday of the semester period, a late fee of $10 will be added to your account. If payment is not received by the end of that period, a $20 late fee will be added in addition to the original $10 late fee. Ukrainian School of Atlanta reserves the right to discontinue services to any family that has repeated occasions of paying late.
Returned Check Charge:
There will be a $30 charge for any check returned for insufficient funds. After more than one check is returned, cash, money order, or certified check only will be accepted from the family.
Late Pick-Up and Operation Schedule:
Ukrainian School of Atlanta is open Saturday during the Fulton County School Year from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Pick-up time after each class is strictly observed. A $5 late charge will be added for every 10 min that the parent picks up the child after he/she completed with his/her classes for the day.
Hours of operation and/or major legal holiday closings are subject to change with a 30-day advanced notice given to the parents.
The school will be closed for the major legal US holidays - New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (included in the school calendar)
Sickness:
By state regulation, children may not come to classes if they are sick. Children who become ill while at Ukrainian School of Atlanta will be placed in isolation briefly while the parent is contracted to have the child picked up as soon as possible. There are no sick days except for in the case of extended illness, and payment is required even if children are absent due to illness.
Medication:
We do not give nor hold any medication in the facility.
Arrival and Pick-up:
Parents are required to drop off and pick up their child(ren) according to their child(ren)’s class schedule(s).
